Our renovation exceeded our expectations. Bill is a prompt and efficient professional. He was friendly and took pride in his work and made it his priority to complete the jobs meticulously instead of taking shortcuts in order to get the job done quickly. I greatly appreciated Bill’s knowledge and work ethic. He kept us well informed through the process and maintained a very clean and safe work site. Our job was done on time and within budget. Complete Home Renovation
I hired Bill Moore as my General Contractor for my House flip project and Bill far exceeded any outcome I had in mind. The house was completely overhauled from exterior to interior, gutted down to the studs, some redesign of the main level and completely finished. Bill was involved every day for months with his team, in all aspects from permits, to certified deck design, to complete interior redesign. He has wonderful companies that he contracts some of the work to as needed, from electricians to plumbers, gas fitters, siding and roofing. Bill kept me up to speed on challenges as they came up, such as finding out the entire basement was leaking around the foundation. Bill did not hesitate in telling me exactly the issues, answered all of my questions and gave all options on costs and exactly what needed to be done to completely fix the problem, maximize quality and stay as close to budget as possible. Bill oversees the entire project and takes so much of the stress away. Not once did I have to question if he was on top of things. My project was not a small undertaking and Bill came through on everything I had imagined and beyond. His lighthearted and engaging presence on the job made a huge and intimidating commitment, a fun and enjoyable process.

Laundry Room / Staircase
Bill transformed my old and what I always thought of as a creepy dark laundry room into bright, modern and clean and with the cupboards and counter space he installed, a much more functional space. He also installed a new staircase leading down to the laundry and rec room from the steep, narrow tread stairs to a safer, less steep, easier to use staircase. Bill is hands on with everything on the job. He is detail oriented, efficient and well mannered. An absolute Five-star rating.
